2K Games saw a lot of success with their Carnival Games series on the Wii back in 2007, and the motion-controlled multiplayer series is set to return this year on Nintendo Switch. Although the title remains the same, the publisher says this version will be built from the ground up for the Switch, as opposed to simply rehashing the previous releases in the series. Carnival Games for Switch will feature new minigames as well as old favorites, with many designed to utilize the uniqueness of the console's Joy-Cons.
Carnival Games is due out on November 6th, and while it's hard to say if this version will see the success that the series enjoyed on the Wii, it's a notable attempt by a third-party publisher to attract a wider audience to the Nintendo Switch.
