Mattel has announced that they'll be releasing Hot Wheels featuring Mario Kart characters and karts, due out in stores June 2019. The toys are making their debut at San Diego Comic Con this week, so if you're currently there or plan to stop by, you can check them out at both the Nintendo and Mattel booths.
Each toy is slated to cost $4.99, and so far there are eight confirmed characters: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Yoshi, Wario, Rosalina, and Bowser. Mattel also plans to release tracks inspired by Mario Kart courses, which should be interesting to see. Rainbow Road, anyone?
