The Japanese island of Hokkaido was struck by a 6.6 magnitude earthquake last night, causing landslides and power outages in the region. More than seven people are reported dead and 32 individuals are missing.
Because of the news, Nintendo has decided to delay the Nintendo Direct that was scheduled to air today at 3pm PST. Both the English and the Japanese version of the Nintendo Direct have been delayed to a later date, which Nintendo says it will share soon.
